Thayer Clingo Billiard Balls and Shell - Super rare

Originally, Floyd Thayer called these "rough" billiard balls. They were designed to give the magician a better grip on them unlike the standard smooth sets of multiplying billiard balls. For that reason and because he was a marketing genius, he named them Clingo.

Each ball is scored with concentric circles spaced evenly. They are very rare in any condition. These are in fine condition. And Floyd Thayer turned them. No one else. No one else could.

Hamilton Silk Cabby - Best Ever Made

This is the best silk cabby ever made! Warren Hamilton, the craftsman of the 1950s through 1970s, benefited from seeing the construction of the great Thayer silk cabbies. And then he made a better one. 

They aren't easy to find. All lacquered wood. The Hamilton cabby doesn't stick or get hung up. The load slides smoothly. The decoration is partly stenciled and partly hand painted. Beautiful and classy. Click photo to enlarge. Good condition.

Lippincott Quarter-Go

I believe this was invented in the 1940s by Mal B. Lippincott. This one is from the 1960s, probably by Haenchen. Click photos to enlarge.

Show the locked box. Give an audience member the key. Place the locked box into a hat or open container on your table. Vanish a signed quarter or borrowed finger ring. Remove the locked box from the container and hand it to the person with the key to unlock and remove its contents. Voila! The quarter or ring. Magic! Well made with brass hinge and hasp. Loyd Visible Twentieth Century Silks

Made by Loyd, sold by Floyd. This beautiful, well-constructed piece was made by Loyd Enochs and sold exclusively by Floyd Thayer although Loyd sold them directly after the initial introduction. It's the vanish of a red silk (your method) and its visible appearance tied between two other color (e.g., green and yellow) silks in a nifty frame.
