This is the Holmes Confetti to Candy Glass, a method to load a glass apparently with confetti and, later, change the confetti into a candy or a small bird. Photos show the glass "full" of confetti and a top view of the heavily fluted glass and the fake confetti-covered metal insert containing the load. (Use your own shoe box of confetti at the beginning of the trick where the load is initially hidden.)
Great for kids shows.
